T-Contract is a means for The Government to engage with the awarded T-contractors to provide IT contract staff services to Bureaux and Departments. It is a 4 year contract from 2023 to 2026 through which the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) hires IT staffs (over 4,600). Seamatch has been awarded as one of the suppliers (T-Contractors) since 2013 (T23).

We will identify the right candidate based on client’s requirement. When our client decided that a candidate is suited, the candidate will be assigned to work in client’s office while he is employed under our company so that we will take care all staffing issues such as payroll, mpf, labour insurance etc. Our clients consist primarily of the semi-Government Organization, Telcos, Utilities, Banks and the conglomerates.
