  • Provide technical support in a complicated infrastructure environment consists of different technology domains which includes, but not limited to, Active Directory, File & Print, Email Services, Collaboration & Infrastructure Tools, and Mobility Management.
  • Provide 2nd tier support to Service Desk on user support and system administration.
  • Support and maintain healthy operations on the infrastructure environment. Perform troubleshooting and problem diagnosis, problem resolution, root cause analysis and identification, maintain and assure quality change control.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to supported the infrastructure, servers, systems, applications, projects, inventory, regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives.
  • Evaluate new technologies and products, prepare and conduct presentation as when required.
  • Be able to deliver BAU (Business as usual) support services and establish SOP (Standard Operations Procedures) for BAU support such as patch management.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant large-scale, complex and mission-critical IT infrastructure support or implementation experiences.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation and support in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
           - Client / End-user Hardware and Software for MS Windows 10 and earlier versions
           - MS Windows Server OS, AD, Exchange, File & Print, Enterprise Archiving System
           - Collaboration and Management Systems and Tools: Microsoft 365 (Teams, Intune), AV (Audio/Visual) & VC (Video Conferencing), Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCSM, SCOM)
           - Privileged ID Management: CyberArk
           - Job Scheduling Tool: Control-M
           - End point protection: Symantec
           - Output and Archiving Management: InfoPrint, OpenText StreamServe, Archiving Server
           - Call Centre System: Avaya, Genesys, and RightFax

  • Professional qualification on ITIL and PMP will be an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
