- To get involved in part or overall process of the recruitment cycle
- Collect & understand the hiring requirements from clients, source and interview candidates and salary negotiation.
- Maintain and improve the service level to our contractors
- Evaluate candidate by phone call or face to face interview, and make professional advice accordingly
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Independent, proactive, cheerful and a dynamic team player
- Immediate available preferred
